Dehydrated Garlic Flakes/Powder
Garlic is hardy, bulbous, rooted, perennial plant with narrow flat leaves & bears small white flowers & bulbils. The compound bulb consists of 6-34 bulbets called ‘cloves’ which are surrounded by common, thin, white or pinkish papery sheet. Garlic has a strong flavor & taste.
Manufacturing Process
The powder is produced by cutting the garlic cloves to the desired granulation & then dried to sun or by using technologies like oven, vacuum drying.
